Good evening U9 and U10 Tournament participants. This note will clarify the process we will use to get to the Player Participation medals.

For U9 and 10 participating teams. All players receive participation medals.

All Managers or Coaches are asked to pick their package of medals PRIOR to their FIRST game on Sunday at the location you are playing at.

Single exception being, the 7:15 AM games, we ask that you pick up immediately after your game and to sign off on receiving them. 

Instructions for the Venue pickup are as follows:

1) At West Hill School. Please pick up from Venue Captain at the Tournament Tent.

2) At Maxwell Park. Please pick up from Venue Captain at the Tournament Tent.
