CDC Compliance
Our club adheres to the guidelines and recommendations set forth by the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) regarding health and safety practices. This includes measures for preventing the spread of infectious diseases, such as regular sanitation of equipment, encouraging good hygiene practices among players and staff, and following protocols for handling illnesses and injuries.
Concussion Awareness and Management
We take concussion awareness and management very seriously. All coaches receive training on recognizing the signs and symptoms of concussions. We follow a strict protocol for managing suspected concussions, including immediate removal from play, evaluation by a healthcare professional, and a gradual return-to-play process. This ensures that players recover fully before resuming soccer activities.
Anti-Bullying Policies
The Rocky Hill Soccer Club is committed to providing a bullying-free environment. We have a zero-tolerance policy for bullying in any form, including physical, verbal, social, and cyberbullying. All players, coaches, and parents are expected to promote a culture of respect and kindness. Incidents of bullying are taken seriously and will be addressed promptly and appropriately to ensure the safety and well-being of all players.
Zero Tolerance for Misconduct
